Jackie is a clinical practitioner of Reflexology. Specializing in advanced techniques & adaptive practice, suitable for Palliative Care and treating specific ailments.
She holds Massage diplomas in several modalities such as Swedish, Hot Stones and Hands Free to tailor each treatment for the individual.
Jackie first became interested in holistic therapies after being injured in a horse riding accident. With her body being completely intolerant to medication she had no alternative than to seek out another avenue for pain relief and recovery. Over time, with patience and commitment, Jackie's body healed leaving her with a new found respect and knowledge of how. Jackie now believes that, given the right circumstances, the human body has the capacity to regenerate, naturally.
After several years of training and working in this field, it is Jackie's pleasure to be able to offer others the same support she was given, through these wonderful treatments. Taking great pride in helping others through their own mental, emotional or physical symptoms. Creating a little space for individuals needing some time out to nurture and look after their well-being.
